Official pageant rules, contestant code of conduct, and legal guidelines governing Haut Monde Mrs India Worldwide.

By submitting an application, registering for auditions, or participating in any event organized by Haut Monde Mrs India Worldwide, you agree to adhere strictly to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Contestant Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must fulfill the following criteria to qualify for competition:

  • Marital Status: Open to married women, divorced, widowed, or separated women of Indian origin (inclusive of NRIs, OCIs, and PIOs).
  • Age Limit: Minimum age of 18 years at the time of registration. There is no upper age limit.
  • Documentation: Applicants must present valid government photo identification (Passport, Aadhaar Card, or Driver's License) upon request.
  • Information Accuracy: Any false declaration regarding age, marital status, or background details will result in immediate disqualification.

2. Code of Conduct & Pageant Ethics

Haut Monde upholds the highest standards of dignity, sportsmanship, and respect:

  • Contestants must maintain polite, respectful conduct towards fellow contestants, mentors, judges, organizers, and hotel staff.
  • Defamatory, abusive, or harmful statements against the pageant, jury, or sponsors on public forums or social media are strictly prohibited and grounds for crown/title revocation.
  • Punctuality during grooming sessions, photo shoots, and rehearsals is mandatory.

3. Jury Authority & Judging Decisions

The selection of audition qualifiers, sub-title winners, finalists, and titleholders is conducted by an independent jury panel comprising industry icons, fashion designers, and former titleholders. The decisions of the jury and organizing committee are final, non-negotiable, and binding on all contestants.

4. Event Attendance & Grooming Schedules

Shortlisted finalists must participate in the designated international grooming weeks, masterclasses, fitting sessions, and rehearsal schedules leading up to the Grand Finale. Unexcused absence from mandatory events may lead to forfeit of finalist status.

5. Intellectual Property & Brand Usage

The "Haut Monde Mrs India Worldwide" name, logo, crown design, trophies, video broadcasts, and promotional photography are exclusive intellectual property. Contestants and winners may use official titles and logos for professional representation strictly in accordance with brand usage guidelines.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising in connection with the pageant shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
